Amy took great care of the entire process. The tint was applied perfectly, and looks fantastic. Not to mention how speedy they were! Great customer service, would highly recommend.

Terrible store the one thing I'm still pissed off about it there are no signs outside telling you they will tow your vehicle. If you park in the front I seen countless people who are not employees park there cars in the front to do their shopping and leave they will have your car towed on top of a terrible customer service avoid this place like the plague.

I had a great experience here! The whole team is wonderful, especially Amy. She was super helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. They really made me feel like a priority and were very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience today working with Amy and Saul with my window tint. In the past, I’ve had a full speaker and car play install which was excellent. Today was no different! The team is personable and very professional. I’m giving the team 5 STARS!

Amy is disgustingly rude and looks like she hates her job. Anytime I'd come in for a calibration, I'd swear she just would never say a single word to me even when acknowledging and saying thank you to her. Everytime I'd hope to get someone else but no. And this time I understood I was late and had on my end that apologized for but she was not once helpful and I swear her lips were quivering so much of hate and anger when she was telling me they can't do anything for me. Please avoid this location, you're better giving your money somewhere else. I've switched locations because the service here every single time I come in is absurd. One shouldn't feel the need to be scolded or inconvenienced for needing assistance or recommendations on next steps. "Take it up with them" was her answer to me. This person needs to leave. Custom Sounds, do better. *Update* The person who responds to these messages doesn't even call back nor do they care to try and resolve the issue. You're given the number to reach out to so it can be "resolved" but nope. Nothing.
